I need my item by Christmas. What is the last day I can place my order?
The last day to purchase an item for delivery prior to Christmas Day (December 25) will be Wednesday, December 14, 2011. While this date may seem early, we are following USPS and FedEx listed guidelines. After that date the shipping companies do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Please take into account, that during this time of year weather conditions can also cause delays. Get your order in early so you aren't stuck with coal under the tree!
 
Can I expedite the shipping to guarantee arrival by Christmas?
Unfortunately, we are not able to expedite the shipping on our orders. We ship using USPS and FedEx Ground services, as well as LTL and Frieght companies, in most cases express shipping on items will exceed the cost of the item itself.
 
The item I want is currently listed as being ‘Out of Stock.’ When are you going to get more in stock and can I pre-order/backorder?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-ordering or allow backorders on items that are out of stock. You are welcome to send us an e-mail with the SKU(s) you are interested in purchasing. In most cases, we can let you know when we expect to get more of the item in stock. Please keep in mind the dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
 
Do you offer any type of gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping. Also please note that while most of our items are shipped out in brown boxes, there are some items that will be shipped in the manufacturer packaging which may not be discreet for gift-giving.
 
How do returns on gifts work?
Our return policy will be the same throughout the holidays. We allow returns within 20 days of receipt of the order. On items purchased for Christmas gifts, please make a note in your order comments if you think there may be a chance of a return and we will work with you. We do require that you contact us prior to returning your items so that we may issue a RMA number. Please refer to our return policy for complete return information. If the item is a gift you ordered in advance, we recommend checking the package to ensure that you are satisfied with the condition of its contents. If your order is received and it is defective, we ask that you contact us right away so that we can assist with the exchange or return.
