If you wish to return an item purchased from us, you have 20 days from the date of receipt, you can either bring it to our store with your invoice or call us for an RMA# and instructions to ship it back to us*. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise only. Merchandise returned that appears used will not be accepted. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., labor to build a bike.)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS IT IS OUR ERROR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO THIS POLICY.

Returns must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF THE ITEM. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling 708-444-2453 or emailing sales@mybiketinley.com

When returning an item to us, please make sure that it packaged securely before shipping.  We are not responsible for damage incurred to an item during return shipping.  We recommend that you purchase insurance when returning an item to us.

Restocking Fees - Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to orders returned unless the item is defective or damaged before receipt, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.

On Shoes, Clothing, and all other Apparel items an ADDITIONAL 15%(30% Total) restocking fee will be charged, these items MUST be returned with the original packaging and tags attached or they will be refused.

Free Shipping - Returns on items that qualified for Free Shipping will also be charged the original shipping cost. For example a refund on a $100 item that shipped free to you would work out like this -

$100 -15%= $85, minus original shipping cost of $10 = $75.00, and you would pay the shipping back to us. These fees are the same regardless of if the item is returned for a refund or exchange.
