Service

My Bike Pro is a full service bicycle shop. We provide the following services. Service prices are non negotiable. All service work must be paid for upfront based on estimate. There are no exceptions to this policy. Meaning, when you drop the bicycle off for service you must pay for the service in advance of us doing the work.

Any service work done to bicycles not purchased from us is paid work. Meaning, if we air up your tires, it is a paid service. If we tighten a bolt, it is a paid service. It is company policy that giving away free labor is for charities, which we are not. Please be prepared to pay for service work, no matter how small you think the job is. Thank you.
